After payment has been received, items will be shipped within the time frame selected or agreed upon checkout. All items are shipped through USPS and are sent as priority mail unless otherwise discussed. Please allow 2-4 business days after shipment for order to arrive. Seller is NOT responsible for any lost or damage caused during shipping. No refunds or exchanges will be given in the case of lost or damaged items due to shipping. Insurance will be provided upon request (an additional fee will be required). If you would like to add insurance to your order, please send me a message prior to purchase.
If you prefer another method of shipping or need expedited shipping we will be happy to do this for you! All shipping charges will be paid by the customer and billed into the final payment.
All orders are prioritized by need by/party date so please include your need by date in the notes to seller section when you submit your order. Please convo me if you would like an estimated shipping date.
Orders placed with less than 2 weeks to party date are subject to a RUSH fee!! Please contact me BEFORE ordering to see if I’m able to rush your order. If you submit a rush order before it’s agreed upon, your order may be cancelled.
If you need your items sooner, please convo me so we can make other arrangements. There will be a $10.00 to 15.00 fee for any RUSH orders.

Please pay for all items within 48 hours of committal or as agreed.

If payment is not received within 3 business days of order, order will be cancelled and items will be re-listed.

Refunds will be decided on a case to case basis – in general, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted. Please understand all my work is custom made for you!
Please provide accurate and clear personalization instructions in the notes to seller. I will provide a proof via email before I print. Please review your proof carefully and if you have any questions at all please ask before the file is approved. Once approved no changes can be made.

Please remember that all of my products are handmade and that supplies may be out of stock from time to time. I will do my best to match the ribbon, color paper, design etc. to give the same great effect that you view on the listing. That being said, products are made in a smoke free environment.
If you view a HandmadebyJessicaO design that you like but would prefer another color or a slight change, or a quotation of a manufacture of an exclusive sample; Custom or exclusive samples are made at the request of the customer, if we don’t have the item you are looking for or if you want some variation to an existing model, please contact me prior to placing your order so I can get details and make a private listing. I also encourage you to send me custom orders with new ideas you may have. I want to work with you to give you and your event the details it deserves.
